How to Collect Your Ticket(s) during Advance Booking Period

Normally it will take about 14 working days to process the Advance booking orders and the tickets will be sent to you by post. For overseas patrons, please allow 20 - 30 working days for order processing.

For local patrons, tickets will normally be mailed to you before 30 November 2007. Please call URBTIX hotline at 2734 9011 to inquire about your booking status if you do not receive your tickets by 10 December 2007. URBTIX will not assume responsibility for tickets lost in the mail if the problem is reported after 17 December 2007.

Special Benefits and Discounts

Special Benefits and Discounts are available during the Advance Booking period: ticket discounts, free drinks coupon and Festival/Student Friends privileges.

Full-time local students can purchase up to two tickets for each performance during the Advance Booking period. Adults may bring a maximum of four children/students to each performance provided that at least ONE standard price ticket is purchased, in the same booking, for that performance. Please note that NOT all price categories carry student concessionary prices. Student quotas are limited and are dealt with one a first-come, first-served basis.

Each holder of a 'Registration Card for People with Disabilities' issued by the Government of the HKSAR may book ONE half-price concessionary ticket for each performance.  If you would like to book additional Disabled tickets, or a minder ticket is required, please call the Arts Festival Hotline: (852) 2824 2430 during office hours (Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 am - 1:00pm & 2:00 pm - 5:30pm; Saturdays: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm Hong Kong time). The Festival will be delighted to provide special arrangements upon your request. The seating of the minder ticket will be arranged adjacent to that of the disabled ticket and in the same price category.  There are only a limited number of wheelchair seats in each venue and these will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Proof of identity has to be shown for inspection at the admission point. Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full ticket price and handling charges.

Re-sale Service and Standby Reservations

From 1 December 2007 to 16 March 2008, a re-sale service for tickets to sold-out performances is available at the Festival Information Counters up to 30 minutes before the curtain time of each performance. A service charge of HK$20 will be deducted from each ticket re-sold successfully. Only cash payments will be accepted.

From 1 December 2007 to 16 March 2008, patrons can inquire and register (in person or by telephone) at the Festival Information Counters to purchase re-sale tickets of sold-out performances. Patrons will be contacted via telephone once tickets are available. Only cash payments will be accepted.
