CONDITIONS OF SALES

  • Advance bookings will be accepted from 17 October to 24 November 2007 (Hong Kong time) only. Late bookings will not be processed.
  • All bookings will be dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis.  The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd cannot guarantee the availability of tickets.  Allocation of seats will be at the discretion of URBTIX and the Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd.
  • Once the booking is processed, tickets sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. There is, however, a Re-sale Service available for sold-out performances from 1 December 2007 onwards.
  • If you order your tickets in separate transactions, discounts previously enjoyed in the first transaction cannot be carried forward to the second transaction.
  • During the Advance Booking period the lowest price tickets and lowest price student tickets cannot be booked, except for programmes with only one ticket price.
  • Normally it will take about 14 working days to process the Advance booking orders and the tickets will be sent to you by post.  For overseas patrons, please allow 20 - 30 working days for order processing.
  • For local patrons, tickets will normally be mailed to you before 30 November 2007.  Please call URBTIX hotline at 2734 9011 to inquire about your booking status if you do not receive your tickets by 10 December 2007.  URBTIX will not assume responsibility for tickets lost in the mail if the problem is reported after 17 December 2007.
  • Half-price concessionary student tickets are limited to local, full-time students only.  Students will be required to produce a valid student ID card for inspection at the admission point.  Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full ticket price and handling charges.
  • People with disabilities must bring the valid 'Registration Card for People with Disabilities' when attending performances.  Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full ticket price and handling charges.
  • Concessionary tickets are limited and bookings will be dealt with strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • For all performances, children under 6 will not be admitted.  
  • The price of discounted tickets will be rounded up to the nearest dollar on EACH ticket.
  • The seating plans on this website may vary slightly from the actual venues and are for reference purposes only.
  • The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes and seating arrangements.
  • Discount Scheme for HK Chinese Orchestra and HK Repertory Theatre varies from other HK Arts Festival presentations.  Please contact the presenter for discount details.
