All-new special discounts prior to Advance Bookings in October

 

To be a subscriber during the Early Bird Booking Package period, AT LEAST one performance from each of the three selected performing groups must be purchased.

 

Package Discounts and Benefits

1.  10% discount if you subscribe successfully to 3 or 5 performances

2.  15% discount and privileged Festival Friends status if you subscribe successfully to 6 or more performances

3.  FREE DRINKS - Every Early Bird Booking Package worth a total of HK$700, after discount, is entitled to a free drink coupon (two coupons for a booking worth HK$1,400, etc). Redeem the coupon(s) for a pre-performance or interval refreshment – wine, mineral water, juice or a soft drink – at designated bars in the HK Cultural Centre, HK City Hall or the HK Academy for Performing Arts, during the 2013 Hong Kong Arts Festival.

 

Only tickets of the top three price categories are offered during the Early Bird Booking Package period. Other price categories, including those for local full-time students and people with disabilities, will be available during the Advance Booking period starting early October 2012.

Each subscriber may purchase up to a maximum of 16 tickets per performance.

Booking of individual programmes will only be accepted during the Advance Booking period from early October to 30 November 2012.

  • Booking forms can be found in the 2013 HKAF Festival Highlights Brochure or Early Bird Booking Package leaflet available at all URBTIX outlets. Or, you can click here to download a copy.
  • Be sure to include your phone number in case we need to contact you for further details.
  • Mail the completed form to Ticketing Department, Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Limited, Room 1205, 12/F, 2 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, on or before 20 August 2012, together with a cheque (crossed and made payable to "The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Limited") OR with credit card information filled in.
  • Please do not double-book tickets. For each booking, please send only one official Booking Form via a single booking method (by fax, by post or on the Festival website).

Fax Booking
