Festival Information Counters

Festival Information Counters are located in the foyers of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre and the Hong Kong City Hall from 4 December 2012 to 24 March 2013.

12:30pm - 8:30pm daily (Daily break 4:30pm - 5:00pm Hong Kong time)

25, 26 December 2012, 1 January and 10-12 February 2013 (Closed)

Re-sale Service

From 8 December 2012 to 24 March 2013, a re-sale service for tickets to sold-out performances is available at the Festival Information Counters up to 1 hour before the curtain time of each performance. A service charge of HK$20 will be deducted from each ticket re-sold successfully. Only cash payments will be accepted.

Standby Reservations

From 8 December 2012 to 24 March 2013, patrons can inquire and register (in person or by telephone) at the Festival Information Counters to purchase re-sale tickets of sold-out performances. Patrons will be contacted via telephone once tickets are available. Only cash payments will be accepted.
