When the auditorium is packed and the stage lights are blazing, how do you leave performance anxiety backstage and let your talent shine? Join pianists Charles Richard-Hamelin and Rachel Cheung—respectively alumni of the prestigious, high-stakes International Chopin Piano and Van Cliburn Piano competitions—for a dialogue on how they handle the pressures of stage performance and maintain a healthy lifestyle on- and off-stage. In the course of their discussion, the two concert pianists will share some of their practice tips.
