Professional dancers require strong mental and physical strength to maintain balance and flexibility. COVID-19 presented new challenges as professional dancers have no studio space to use nor options for full classes which would allow them to maintain a level of dance specific conditioning. How do they condition their bodies, build on their endurance and coordination during the pandemic? CDS dancers will share ideas on staying in best condition and how to innovate dance form during social isolation restrictions.
