Programme Cancellation Announcement: Anonymous 4 Cancelled Performance on 11 March 2014

(7 March 2014, Hong Kong) Anonymous 4 must regrettably withdraw from their scheduled performance in the Hong Kong Arts Festival on 11 March due to critical health issues in the immediate family of one of the group's members. Patrons with tickets to the concert can obtain a refund in the following ways:         

Refund in person (cash)  21 March – 10 April 2014 ONLY

Visit the URBTIX outlets at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre or Hong Kong City Hall between 21 March and 10 April 2014 (10:00am–9:30pm daily) with unused tickets to the Anonymous 4 concert for immediate cash refund. 

Refund by post (cheque) ON OR BEFORE 30 April 2014

Download the refund form from the Anonymous 4 page at www.hk.artsfestival.org, and return the completed form by post with unused tickets to the concert to: Ticketing Department, Hong Kong Arts Festival Society, 12/F, 2 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong on or before 30 April 2014. Refund requests take approximately four weeks to process from the date of receipt.
