Discounts and Offers

During the Advance Booking period, you are entitled to the Best Seats Available and Exclusive Booking Discounts:

  1. 5% discount if you subscribe successfully to 3 or 4 performances.
  2. 10% discount if you subscribe successfully to 5 or 6 performances.
  3. 15% discount and privileged 2017 Festival Friends status if you subscribe successfully to 7 or more performances.

COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS - Every advance booking package worth a total of HK$900, after any discount, is entitled to a complimentary drink coupon (two coupons for a booking worth HK$1,800, etc). Redeem the coupon(s) for a pre-performance or interval refreshment – wine, mineral water, juice or a soft drink – at designated bars in the HK Cultural Centre, HK City Hall or the HK Academy for Performing Arts, during the 45th Hong Kong Arts Festival in 2017.

INTEREST-FREE INSTALLMENT PLAN – Enjoy a 6- or 12-month interest-free period (without handling fee) during Advance Booking period if you pay for your HKAF tickets in installments with the Master, Visa and co-branded /Affinity cards of Bank of East Asia (BEA). Ways to Book

  1. Internet Booking www.hk.artsfestival.org
    • Our website accepts internet bookings from 7 Oct to 30 Nov 2016.
    • Please do not double-book tickets. For each booking, please send only one official Booking Form via a single booking method (by fax, by post or on the HKAF website).
  2. Postal Booking
    • Booking form can be downloaded here.
    • Be sure to include your phone number in case we need to contact you for further details.
    • Mail the completed form to Ticketing Department, Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd, Room 1205, 12/F, 2 Harbour Road, Hong Kong (45th Hong Kong Arts Festival), together with a cheque (crossed and made payable to " Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Limited") OR with credit card information filled in, and a stamped, self-addressed envelope (not smaller than 10x17cm).
    • Postage reference for local subscribers:
      HK$1.70 - 1 to 8 tickets;
      HK$2.70 - 9 to 15 tickets;
      HK$3.70 - 16 to 30 tickets.
      Please adjust the postage if you book more than 30 tickets.
    • Please do not double-book tickets. For each booking, please send only one official Booking Form via a single booking method (by fax, by post or on the HKAF website).

Types of Tickets

  1. Standard Tickets
    During the Advance Booking period, each subscriber may purchase up to a maximum of 16 tickets per performance. The underlined lowest price tickets and the lowest price student tickets cannot be booked, except for tickets to Family Choice programmes and performances with only one or two ticket prices.

  2. Student Tickets (only for local full-time students)
    Each student is entitled to book a maximum of 2 student tickets for each performance. Adults may purchase a maximum of 4 student tickets for each performance, provided that at least 1 standard price ticket is purchased in the same booking for that performance. Please note that NOT all price categories carry student concessionary prices. Student tickets are limited and treated on a first-come, first-served basis. Allocation of seats will be at the discretion of the Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd. Proof of identity has to be shown for inspection at the admission point. Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full ticket price and handling charges.

  3. Tickets for People with Disabilities
    Each holder of a 'Registration Card for People with Disabilities' issued by the Government of the HKSAR may book 1 half-price concessionary ticket for each performance. There are only a limited number of wheelchair seats and half price concessionary quotas in each venue and these will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Proof of identity has to be shown for inspection at the admission point. Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full ticket price and handling charges.


Tickets Delivery

  1. Tickets by Post
    Tickets booked during the Advance Booking period will be sent to you by post. You may call HKAF Enquiry Hotline at (852) 2824 2430 to inquire about your booking status.

  2. Tickets by Courier in ALL Provinces in China
    Mainland patrons may choose to have their tickets delivered to their door through ticket delivery services offered during the Advance Booking period. Patrons who book through credit cards can choose to receive their tickets by courier. With a nominal fee of HK$60, tickets can be delivered to all provinces in China.

COUNTER BOOKINGS
Period: 10 Dec 2016 (Sat) onwards

From 10:00am on 10 December 2016, HKAF tickets are available for purchase at all URBTIX outlets and through URBTIX Internet Ticketing Service, www.urbtix.hk. HKAF tickets for performances at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts are also available through HK Ticketing ( www.hkticketing.com).

    • URBTIX - Call URBTIX Telephone credit card booking service at (852) 2111 5999. Service is available daily (10:00am - 8:00pm) until one hour before each performance.
    • HK Ticketing - Call HK Ticketing’s Purchase Hotline at (852) 31 288 288 for HKAF tickets to performances at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Hotline operates daily (10:00am -8:00pm).
  3. Via Website
    • URBTIX - Book online at www.urbtix.hk until one hour before each performance.
    • HK Ticketing - HKAF tickets to performances at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts are also available for purchase at www.hkticketing.com.

Types of Tickets

  2. Student Tickets (only for local full-time students)
    Each student may purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets per performance at the URBTIX or HK Ticketing outlets. Proof of identity has to be shown for inspection at the admission point. Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full ticket price and handling charges.

  3. Tickets for People with Disabilities

Fees and Tickets Collection

  1. Via URBTIX
    Ticket purchased by URBTIX telephone credit card booking and on URBTIX website can be collected from any URBTIX outlets, Cityline ticketing outlets, ticket dispensing machines or by post. Tickets booked within 7 days of the performance can only be collected from URBTIX outlets, Cityline ticketing outlets, ticket dispensing machines.

    Please present the credit card you used for the telephone or internet booking for authentication and collection of your pre-paid tickets.

    All ticket and service fees will be deducted from the subscriber’s credit card account. The service fee is HK$8 per ticket. If tickets are requested to be sent by registered post, the delivery charge is HK$28 per order. All service fees are non-refundable.

  2. Via HK Ticketing
    A booking fee of HK$15 per ticket will apply to telephone and internet bookings via HK Ticketing. Patrons may choose to collect their tickets at any HK Ticketing outlet, or request delivery by courier to a specific address, subject to an additional courier charge.
