• Ticket holders are strongly advised to arrive punctually. The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd (HKAF") reserves the right to refuse the (a) admission of latecomers (whether at the beginning of the performance or after the intermission) and (b) re-admission of audience members who leave the auditorium during the performance.
• The HKAF also reserves the sole discretion to determine the possibility of admission and re-admission of the audience (which includes latecomers and audience members who have left the auditorium and are seeking re-admission), as well as the manner in which they are admitted.
• In any case, should the HKAF permit the admission of latecomers, such latecomers shall only be admitted at designated latecomer points). No refunds or changes will be offered if ticket holders are refused admission due to late arrival. In the event of any dispute, the HKAF reserves all rights to make the final decision.
• In the event that latecomers are offered the option of watching a live cast of the performance on a TV provided by the venue, the HKAF cannot guarantee the visual and audio quality of the live cast, the inclusion or clarity of surtitles in the live cast, the conditions in which the live cast is viewed (such as background noise and lighting), or the proper functioning of the TV. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for the above conditions.
• When purchasing or collecting tickets in person, patrons must check their tickets before leaving the booking counter.
• No refunds or exchanges can be made after tickets are sold.
• During the Counter Booking period, each full-time local student may purchase up to a maximum of four student tickets per performance at URBTIX outlets.
• Student ticket holders must produce valid proof of identity (full-time local students) for inspection at the admission point. Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the tull ticket price and handling charges.
• People with disabilities must produce a valid
"Registration Card for People with Disabilities" for inspection at the admission point. Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full ticket price and handling charges.
• Concessionary tickets are limited and bookings will be dealt with strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
• In the event that the HKAF, in its discretion, decides to offer a refund for cancelled or postponed events, the HKAF Will be responsible for refunding only the purchase price of the ticket and the refund will be made to the holder of the original ticket only. All handling charges collected by URBTIX and other entrusted ticketing agencies, as well as any ticket delivery charges, are non-refundable. The HKAF will not be responsible for any costs related to the ticket buyer's booking of transportation, hotel or agency services, etc.
• The price of discounted tickets will be rounded up to the nearest dollar on EACH ticket.
• The seating plans in this guide may vary slightly from the actual venues and are for reference only.
• Patrons below the age of six will not be admitted unless stated otherwise.
• Due to space limitations, some programme information in the Programme & Booking Guide is available in only one language.
• When booking tickets and selecting seating, patrons should be aware and expect that different seats have different viewing angles and effects.
The HKAF and the programme organiser make no representation or warranty whatsoever on the quality and viewing effect of all and any seats in the venue for the programmes irrespective of the prices of the seats.
• Each performance is accompanied by either a printed or digital house programme, with digital versions available on the HKAF website one day prior to the performance.
• All the content of works are independently produced by the organiser/creative team, and do not reflect the views or opinions of the HKAF and Sponsor.
