• The price of discounted tickets will be rounded up to the nearest dollar on EACH ticket.
• Once the booking is made, tickets sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• When purchasing or collecting tickets in persons, patrons must check their tickets before leaving the booking counter.
• During the Counter Booking period, each local full-time student may purchase up to a maximum of four student tickets per performance at URBTIX outlets.
• Patrons below the age of six will not be admitted unless stated otherwise.
• Ticket holders are strongly advised to arrive punctually. The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd (“HKAF”) reserves the right to refuse the (a) admission of latecomers (whether at the beginning of the performance or after the intermission) and (b) re-admission of audience members who leave the auditorium during the performance.
• The HKAF also reserves the sole discretion to determine the possibility of admission and re-admission of the audience (which includes latecomers and audience members who have left the auditorium and are seeking re-admission), as well as the manner in which they are admitted.
• In any case, should the HKAF permit the admission of latecomers, such latecomers shall only be admitted at designated latecomer point(s). No refunds or changes will be offered if the ticket holders are refused admission due to late arrival. In the event of any dispute, the HKAF reserves all rights to make the final decision.
• Student ticket holders must produce valid proof of identity (local full-time students) for inspection at the admission point. Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full ticket price and handling charges.
• The holder of a "Registration Card for People with Disabilities" issued by the Government of the HKSAR may book one half-price concessionary ticket for each performance. Availability is limited and bookings will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• People with disabilities must produce a valid "Registration Card for People with Disabilities" for inspection at the admission point. Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full ticket price and handling charges.
• Concessionary tickets are limited and bookings will be dealt with strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
• In the event the HKAF, in its discretion, decides to offer a refund for cancelled or postponed events, the HKAF will be responsible for refunding only the purchase price of the ticket and the refund will be made to the holder of the original ticket only. All handling charges collected by URBTIX and other entrusted ticketing agencies, as well as any ticket delivery charges, are non-refundable.
• When booking tickets, patrons should be aware and expect that the artist(s) and performance personnel may be changed due to various circumstances. The HKAF reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes and seating arrangements without offering refunds or exchanges. This includes, but is not limited to changes to the producers, directors, cast, lead role or soloist. Should there be such changes, HKAF will update the relevant information on its website as far as practicable.
• When booking tickets and selecting seating, patrons should be aware and expect that different seats have different viewing angles and effects. The HKAF and the programme organiser make no representation or warranty whatsoever on the quality and viewing effect of all and any seats in the venue for the programmes irrespective of the prices of the seats.
