When will the advance bookings start?
Advance bookings for the 54th Hong Kong Arts Festival will be available from 10:00 AM on October 16th until 11:59 PM on November 28th, 2025.
From 10:00am on 9 December 2025, HKAF tickets are available for purchase at all URBTIX outlets and through the URBTIX Internet Ticketing Service, www.urbtix.hk.
What discounts are available during advance bookings period?
5% discount if you subscribe successfully to three or four performances
10% discount if you subscribe successfully to five or six performances
15% discount and privileged 2025 Festival Friends status if you subscribe successfully to seven or more performances
How do I order tickets?
Internet Booking

You can order your HKAF tickets easily over the Internet at no extra charge. Visit the HKAF website, follow the booking instructions and submit your booking order on or before28 November 2025.
Postal Booking
Simply fill in the Booking Form included in the Booking Guide. Fill in the credit card information or enclose a cheque and mail both the form and the payment to Ticketing Department, Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Limited (54th Hong Kong Arts Festival), Room 1205, 12th Floor, 2 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong on or before 28 November 2025.

How to know if my booking is successful?
All booking orders submitted to the Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
The tickets, if available, after credit card payment confirmation, will be sent to you by post. If you have not received the tickets by mail by 31 December 2025, please be sure to contact the Hong Kong Arts Festival Ticketing Office. If your requested tickets are not available, you will also receive a notification.
Please note that the transaction will be processed by “URBTIX-MaoyanHK” and this merchant name will be displayed on the bank statement or payment SMS.
Do I need to register to order tickets on the Hong Kong Arts Festival website?
It is not required to register to order tickets online. You can continue as a guest by providing email address.
However, patrons are encouraged to register, you can check your advance booking record easily if you sign in as a registered user.
What to do if I didn't receive confirmation email / SMS when creating account or resetting password?
1. Search for the email
We will send the email from " Hong Kong Arts Festival,", if it is not in your inbox, check your folders. If a spam filter or email rule moved the email, it might be in the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder.
2. Check the email address / mobile phone number you entered
Make sure you are entering the correct email address / mobile phone number.
3. Network delay
Due to network delay or a server error, there may be a time delay in receiving the confirmation code email / SMS. Please wait patiently, or click " Resend confirmation code" to try again.
Who is entitled to a concession ticket?
Half-price concessionary student tickets are limited to full-time, local students. Each student is entitled to book a maximum of two student tickets for each performance. Adults may book tickets for a maximum of four children/students to each performance provided that at least one standard-price ticket is purchased in the same booking for that performance. Please note that NOT all price categories offer student concessionary discounts.
The holder of a “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” issued by the Government of the HKSAR may book one half-price concessionary ticket for each performance. Availability is limited and bookings will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I order tickets from overseas?
Overseas patrons may order their HKAF tickets by visiting our website at www.hk.artsfestival.org OR by contacting the Ticketing Department, Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd., Room 1205, 12th Floor, 2 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong (54th Hong Kong Arts Festival) OR by faxing a completed booking form to (852) 2802 8160.
The underlined lowest-price tickets (except for tickets to programmes with only one or two ticket prices and Family Choice programmes), student tickets and tickets for people with disabilities are not available for overseas Advance Bookings.
For Mainland Provinces, free delivery service is offered for each transaction with a net final ticket maximum total after discount over HK$1,000. If the transaction is under HK$1,000, there will be a delivery charge paid directly to SF Express upon pick up. For details, please refer to the SF Express website.)
How do I pay installments on the tickets?
Enjoy a 6- or 12-month interest-free period (without handling fee) from 16 Oct to 28 Nov 2025 if you pay for your HKAF tickets in installments with the Master, Visa and co-branded / Affinity cards of the Bank of East Asia (BEA). This applies to each booking of over HK$3,000, after subscription discounts.
What if my order is unavailable?
Bookings during the Advance Booking period will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd (“HKAF”) cannot guarantee the availability of tickets. Allocation of seats will be at the discretion of the HKAF. If there is any problem with your booking, the Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd (“HKAF”) will contact you by phone. If your requested tickets are not available, you will also receive a notification.
Patrons are recommended to add a second choice for your booking and indicate if you would like to book the event at the next best available price category/ section, otherwise when the preferred performance(s) / price(s)/ section(s) are sold out, they will not be processed further.
The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd will offer you your second choice if your first choice is not available. If you agreed to accept other seating sections and prices in case all seats under your two choices are sold out, the Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd will allocate the next best available seats to you at the you're your order is processed.

How can I know the specific location and viewing experience of the seats in advance?
Seat may have restricted sightlines, obstructed view of surtitles, limited legroom, or side view. When booking tickets and selecting seating, patrons should be aware and expect that different seats have different viewing angles and effects. The HKAF and the programme organiser make no representation or warranty whatsoever on the quality and viewing effect of all and any seats in the venue for the programmes irrespective of the prices of the seats.
