• During the Advance Booking period, each subscriber may purchase up to a maximum of 16 tickets per performance. Please note that the transaction will be processed by "URBTIX-MaoyanHK" and this merchant name will be displayed on the bank statement or payment SMS.
• Please note that Booking Forms will only be accepted by mail or fax from 7 October 2026 to 20 November 2026.
• The seating plans included on the HKAF website and publications may vary slightly from the actual venues and are for reference only.
• All bookings will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis. The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd ("HKAF") cannot guarantee the availability of tickets. Allocation of seats will be at the discretion of the HKAF.
• Once the booking is made, ticket sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• If you order your tickets in separate transaction, discounts previously applied to the first transaction cannot be carried forward to the second transaction.
• Patrons below the age of six will not be admitted unless stated otherwise.
• Please note that not all standard-price tickets offer student concessionary discounts.
• During the Advance Booking period, the (underlined) lowest-price tickets and lowest-price student tickets cannot be booked, except for tickets to Family Choice programmes and performances with only one or two ticket prices.
• Each student is entitled to book a maximum of two student tickets for each performance.
• Adults may book tickets for a maximum of four children/students to each performance provided that at least one standard-price ticket is purchased in the same booking for that performance. Please not that NOT all price categories offer student concessionary prices.
• Student ticket quotas are treated on a first-come, first served basis. The HKAF cannot guarantee the availability of tickets. Allocation of sears will be at the discretion of the HKAF.
• Half-price concessionary student tickets are limited to full0time, local students. Students will be required to produce a valid student ID card for inspection at the admission point. Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full price and handling charges.
• The holder of a "Registration Card for People with Disabilities" issued by the Government of the HKSAR may book one half-price concessionary ticket for each performance. Availability is limited and bookings will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• People with disabilities must produce a valid "Registration Card for People with Disabilities" for inspection at the admission point. Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full ticket price and handling charges.
• The price of discounted tickets will be rounded up to the nearest dollar on EACH ticket.

• When booking tickets, patrons should be aware and expect that the artist(s) and performance personnel may be changed due to various circumstances. The HKAF reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes and seating arrangements without offering refunds or exchanges. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to the producers, directors, cast, lead role or soloist. Should there be such changes, HKAF will update the relevant information on its website as far as practicable.
