Honored as “Male Singer of the Year” at the prestigious 2025 Opus Klassik Awards, French tenor Benjamin Bernheim is a regular guest artist at the world’s leading opera houses, including the Opéra national de Paris, the Metropolitan Opera, Wiener Staatsoper, Staatsoper Berlin, Teatro alla Scala and the Royal Opera House in London, where he performs leading tenor roles from the romantic repertoire, and specialises in the French repertoire.

At the 2026 HKAF, Bernheim will make his highly anticipated Hong Kong debut with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, under the baton of Victor Jacob. In addition to this opera concert, he will conduct a vocal masterclass, working with young local singers from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and sharing his invaluable insights on vocal technique and operatic interpretation.
